Lahore weather forecast: PMD predicts heavy rainfall in provincial capital

LAHORE: Weather in Lahore today will remain mostly cloudy with occasional rain and citizens are likely to witness temperatures ranging between 27°C to 37°C. Moreover, residents enjoyed pleasant weather in the morning getting some relief from the past hot temperatures.

According to the Met Office, the provincial capital will witness late-night thunderstorms with an 80 percent chance of rain by late afternoon and evening.

Humidity levels will increase, ranging from 80% to 95%, with light southwest winds blowing at speeds of 15 to 30 km/h. Air quality is expected to remain within satisfactory levels, providing relief from recent pollution concerns.

Residents are advised to carry umbrellas or rain gear, especially during the evening hours, and stay updated with local weather updates for any developments throughout the day.

Looking ahead to next week, residents of Lahore can anticipate a mostly stable weather pattern with a mix of sunny days and occasional rainfall. Daytime temperatures are expected to range between 35°C to 38°C, and light to heavy rainfall during the night provides a warm yet comfortable environment.
