Man killed during musical night in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police have filed a case on the killing of a citizen during a musical night setup that took place on the Shakraparian hills.

The FIR was filed at Aabpara Police Station on the complaint of the victim’s cousin, Imranullah. The complainant named four accused in the case: Sadr Islam, Ishaq, Rizwan, and Sawar Khan.

It was reported in the case complaint that Samiullah had taken his friends on an outing to Shakarparian when the suspects randomly opened fire on him.

According to the FIR, the attackers shot him dead and beat him severely. This happened last night. There was a late-night encounter.

According to the police, Samiullah was killed on the spot during the musical night, while a police constable, Ghulam Hasnain, received injuries from the firing.

Aabpara police have kicked off further investigations regarding the murder and are making efforts to trace and apprehend the identified suspects.
