ISLAMABAD: In connection with Hajj 2026, the Ministry of Religious Affairs has made it mandatory for intending pilgrims to complete a medical form through the Pak Hajj mobile application.

According to a spokesperson, a detailed medical questionnaire has been released on the app and must be filled out by Friday.

Pilgrims are required to respond to all medical-related questions with a simple “yes” or “no”.

The questionnaire is aimed at facilitating healthcare arrangements during the pilgrimage by providing relevant medical information to authorities.

It includes questions regarding conditions such as blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes, while ailments like asthma, gout, and thyroid disorders must also be disclosed.

In addition to the medical form, the Pak Hajj app now includes a feature enabling pilgrims to print their Hajj visas.

The spokesperson further confirmed that the Hajj flight schedule has also been uploaded to the application.

Officials stated that new information is being added to the app in phases and advised pilgrims to regularly check the platform for important updates and announcements.
