ISLAMABAD: JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman visited the Iranian Embassy and met Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moqadam to express grief over the martyrdom of Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
During the visit, Maulana Fazlur Rehman wrote his condolences in the embassy’s book and strongly condemned US-Zionist aggression against Iran. He highlighted that Iran is defending itself and Palestine, criticizing attempts to justify attacks with “absurd allegations.”
Maulana Fazlur Rehman urged unity within the Islamic world, emphasizing that Muslims must stand together against Zionism and foreign interference. He also questioned reliance on peace efforts led by US leadership, calling America an “enemy of humanity.”
The Iranian Ambassador appreciated Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s visit, praising JUI-F’s role in strengthening Pak-Iran relations, and stated, “The victory will be of the Islamic world.”
