Met office predicts rain, snow in THESE regions!

ISLAMABAD: Rain and snowfall will start in different parts of the country from today.

Rain and snowfall are predicted to continue till Tuesday, the Meteorological Department has forecast rain and snowfall in the upper areas of Punjab from February 8 to 10.

Rain has also been predicted in most districts of Punjab, and rain with thick clouds is also expected in Faisalabad division from February 9 to 10.

Light rain is expected in 19 districts of Balochistan today, while light snowfall is expected in the mountains in Chaman, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah and Ziarat.

Rain and snowfall on the mountains are also expected in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from today till Tuesday, and rain is predicted in most plain districts of the province including Peshawar from tonight.

Karachi is also expected to remain cloudy with rain expected at a few places. The PDMA has directed all district administrations and relevant institutions to remain alert and take precautionary measures.
