NAB made a record recovery of Rs 345.3 billion in the second quarter of 2025 (April to June), while a total of Rs 31.547 billion was recovered in the first 2 quarters of 2025.
In the first 2 quarters of 2025, movable and immovable properties worth Rs 33.532 billion were handed over to federal and provincial ministries, departments and financial institutions. Similarly, during the same period, NAB returned the looted money to 12,611 victims in various fraud cases.
NAB Rawalpindi recovered 51 kanals of valuable government land (worth Rs 29 billion) located in Sector 11-E, Islamabad and handed it over to CDA.
Similarly, in a major case of cheating the public (B4U), an amount of Rs 3 billion was recovered, which will be distributed among 17,214 victims.
NAB Sukkur recovered land worth Rs 25 billion of the National Highway Authority. 127 kanals and 15 marla land of Sindh Education and Literacy Department, worth Rs 160.895 million, was recovered by NAB Sukkur.
NAB Lahore distributed the amount of Rs 3.2 billion recovered in the Eden case among 11,880 victims, while NAB Lahore recovered 8 properties worth Rs 9.3 billion in the Pak Arab Housing case, which will be provided in cash to 2,500 victims.
