ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has announced the auction date for the properties of Malik Riaz, a prominent real estate tycoon and founder of Bahria Town.
As per the NAB, the auction will be held on August 7, 2025, at the NAB Rawalpindi office located in G-6/1, Islamabad.
Several high-profile properties owned by Malik Riaz are set to go under the hammer. These include the Bahria Town Corporate Office II, located on Plot No. 7-D, Park Road, Phase II, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
Another property up for auction is Plot No. 7-E, which also houses a Bahria Town Corporate Office in the same vicinity.
Additionally, the Rubish Marquee and Lawn, situated in Bahria Garden City near the Garden City Golf Course in Bahria Town, Islamabad, will also be auctioned. NAB has listed Arena Cinema, located on Plot No. 984-Broad-A in Phase IV, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, as one of the properties to be sold.
The Bahria Town International Academy school building, located at the intersection of Jasmine Street and Silver Oaks Road in the Safari Villas I sector of Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, is also included in the auction. Lastly, the Safari Club, located on Plot No. 27 in the Safari Villas Phase of Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, will be auctioned as part of NAB’s efforts to recover national assets.
The auction is part of NAB’s ongoing accountability measures and follows a series of legal proceedings against Malik Riaz and his real estate empire.
