ISLAMABAD: The B-Form or Child Registration is a legal identity proof required for a child to prove their age and access basic services such as medical aid, education and other legal matters.
In Pakistan, NADRA has the authority to issue Child Registration Certificate (CRC), B-Form.
The document registers the child with government records, and obtaining this certificate from their place of birth is considered a fundamental right of the child.
