ISLAMABAD: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new facility that allows citizens to check the status of their applications online through the Pak-ID mobile app. With the development, people will now be able to track their applications easily from the comfort of their homes.

According to NADRA, the newly added feature enables applicants to monitor the status of their Tracking ID, which provides real-time updates on the progress of their applications. The service includes important documents including B-Form, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and Family Registration Certificate (FRC).

A NADRA spokesperson said that the Pak-ID app integrates all NADRA services, which is especially beneficial for overseas Pakistanis. By simply entering their Tracking ID, users can view the current status of their applications, access video guides, and follow step-by-step instructions to stay informed about each stage of the process.

With this digital initiative, NADRA aims to increase convenience, reduce in-person visits, and ensure that citizens stay updated on their requests anytime, anywhere.
