Youtuber Ducky Bhai handed over to FIA on another five-day remand

LAHORE: Pakistani YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman aka Ducky Bhai has been handed over to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on a 5-day physical remand after completing his initial 4-day custody.

The order was issued by a judicial magistrate on the request of the FIA. During the court hearing, FIA investigators told the court that more evidence was being collected in the case and stressed the need for Ducky Bhai’s continued custody.

The court granted the request and allowed the agency to continue the investigation. Ducky Bhai was taken back into FIA custody soon after his appearance in court. The investigation relates to his alleged involvement in promoting an illegal online betting platform under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).

The FIA ​​said that its aim is to complete the ongoing investigation within the extended remand period.
