ISLAMABAD: Talking on ABN News’ program Debate @ 8, Imran Khan’s sister, Noreen Niazi, has said that women, children, and the elderly are no longer safe because entering homes without a warrant and kidnapping young people is becoming the norm.

All this does not happen in any democratic country; such measures are seen only in examples of state atrocities like Israel. According to her, innocent young people are being put in jail, and many parents do not even know where their children are. Workers are subjected to the worst mental and physical torture by making false cases against them.

She said that dozens of young people, including Hassan Niazi, are imprisoned without any clear crime and have been sentenced to ten years. She also termed Imran Khan’s arrest illegal and unconstitutional and said that the former prime minister is considered the identity of Pakistan all over the world, but he was treated like a criminal.

Imran Khan has always exhorted the people to fight for freedom, and today he himself is serving a sentence for this struggle. He claimed that the cases filed against Imran Khan are nothing but political revenge. According to him, if the judicial system does not play its role, then the people have no hope except the court of Allah.

He criticized the current rulers and said that the people are praying for Imran Khan, while perhaps no one is ready to pray for those in power. He complained that now even 12-year-old children and women are being taken to police stations, which has never happened in the history of Pakistan.

Imran Khan will never be a part of any deal because he is innocent; deals are made by those who are proven guilty. He said that we will continue our struggle, and no matter how many arrests there are, we will stand with Imran Khan and the PTI.

These circumstances have created anxiety and fear in the hearts of the people, that if the sanctity of homes is being violated today, then where is the future of the coming generations heading?

This movement is not for any ministry or personal interest, but for the freedom of Pakistan and the protection of the fundamental rights of the people. All this makes it clear that the political crisis has intensified, and questions about the release of Imran Khan and the future of the workers are becoming more and more profound at the public level.
