ISLAMABAD: The 2025 deportation of Pakistani nationals from multiple Gulf nations was confirmed through a report Saudi Arabia returned 27,692 Pakistanis to their home country which marked the highest number of deportations while the United Arab Emirates deported 6,794 individuals.
Other Gulf states also contributed: Oman sent back 2,537 Pakistanis, Bahrain 786, Qatar 644, and Kuwait 163. Deportation officials identified multiple reasons for deportation which included people who escaped their jobs and people who stayed beyond their visa period and people who entered the country without permission and people who went to prison and people who lost their passports and people who United States government blacklisted.
The report described various violations which included administrative violations and visa infractions and narcotics offenses and begging and violations of all other legal regulations.
People at airports experience entry rejection because they attempt to enter with expired visas or present birth certificates from abroad which lack proper paperwork or they break immigration regulations.
Law enforcement officials documented cases that involved theft and visa cancellations and fake or forged documents and damaged passports and fraud and Interpol matters and rejected asylum applications.
Gulf nations maintain strict immigration and labor regulations which create persistent problems for Pakistani workers who travel to and from their homeland.
The authorities claim that awareness together with proper documentation and local law compliance will decrease deportation risks.
