Pak Hajj App requires medical form for Hajj 2026

ISLAMABAD: It has been made mandatory for pilgrims to fill out a medical form on the Pak Hajj app for Hajj 2026.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has released a medical questionnaire on the Pak Hajj app. According to a spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the medical questionnaire must be completed by Friday, and the answers to the diseases must be “yes” or “no”.

The questionnaire will help Hajj pilgrims in accessing integrated medical facilities.
