According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Asim Munir visited the Multan Garrison. The Corps Commander warmly welcomed the Field Marshal upon his arrival at the Multan Garrison.
The Field Marshal was briefed on the practical preparation and training activities of the formation.
The Field Marshal praised the spirit, professionalism, and combat capability of the soldiers and reiterated the unwavering commitment of the Pakistan Army to protect national sovereignty and border integrity.
According to the ISPR, a modern Z10ME attack helicopter was inducted into the Pakistan Army fleet during Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir’s visit to Multan Garrison.
The helicopter is equipped with advanced radar, electronic warfare, and night strike capabilities.
Field Marshal Asim Munir attended the helicopter’s induction ceremony. The new helicopter demonstrated its firepower at the Muzaffargarh Firing Range.
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir expressed satisfaction over the operational preparations. He also appreciated the successful demonstration of the combined arms strategy.
According to the ISPR, Field Marshal Asim Munir also held a discussion session with members of the academic and social circles, in which the importance of national unity, civil-military harmony, and joint efforts to deal with hybrid threats was emphasized.
