KARACHI: Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif said armed forces have shattered Indian strategic assumptions forever.

DG ISPR added that the people, especially students, played a key role in Operation Banyan Marsus.

DG ISPR  visited Jinnah University for Women, Karachi. Upon arrival at the university, he was warmly welcomed by the administration and students.

DG ISPR briefed the students about the strategy and sacrifices made against the enemy in Operation Banyan Marsus. He said that there is no doubt that Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan.

The people of Balochistan are tied to Pakistan in the bonds of religion, culture, and traditions, and a handful of terrorists of Fitna-ul-Hindustan cannot damage the ties with Balochistan.

On this occasion, the university administration and students paid tribute to the Pakistan Army for its success in the war against India. The students said that we are from the Pakistani army and the Pakistani army is from the people.

The relationship between the people and the armed forces has always been, is and will always be very strong. The students expressed great enthusiasm and desire to hold more such sessions.
