Pakistan to outsource operations of Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi Airports

ISLAMABAD: Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has announced that the government is outsourcing the main three airports.

Khawaja Asif posted on X, saying our first target is to outsource the three airports in Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.

Islamabad will be ready by mid-May, while the two airports will also be outsourced soon.

Khawaja Asif said that PIA will be cleared from the European Union and the United Kingdom. While the old-style visa policy will also be changed.

The Defense Minister wrote that they do not want to enter the hotel business, so the private sector will be allowed to take care of it.

Khawaja Asif assured that he is fully aware of the problems of the people and that they will be resolved soon.
