Pakistan weather update: PMD predicts dry weather in most parts of the country

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has predicted dry weather in most parts of the country while cold weather is expected in the upper reaches.

According to the Meteorological Department, smog is expected in the plains of Punjab while light fog is expected at a few places during the night.

The Meteorological Department expects dry and cold weather in Islamabad, dry and cold weather has been predicted in Murree and Galiyat. Smog and fog are expected in the plains of Punjab.

The weather will remain dry and cold in most districts of Sindh and Balochistan, and dry and cold weather is also expected in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The weather is likely to remain cold and dry in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. During the last 24 hours, the weather was dry in most parts of the country and cold in the hilly areas. However, light smog prevailed in some plain districts of Punjab.
