Karachi: Due to the unprecedented rush of passport makers, the period of delay in passports across the country has reached three months.
According to sources, citizens in other cities of the country, including the city of Quaid, are once again having to wait a long time to get a passport.
Normal passport delivery is being done in more than 3 months instead of 20 days, urgent passport in one to one and a half months and fast track passport delivery is also being done in 20 days.

Due to inordinate delays, Umrah pilgrims, employees and students going abroad for education are facing difficulties.
