PIA implements key changes to enhance ticketing system

ISLAMABAD: To provide more convenience to passengers, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced a major initiative aimed at making ticket purchase easier.

According to a statement by the airline spokesperson, PIA passengers will now be able to purchase their tickets through JazzCash. The agreement for this new service has already been signed by top officials of both PIA and JazzCash.

This new payment option will allow passengers to use not only cash and credit cards but also JazzCash to pay for tickets, making the process more convenient for a wider range of customers.

The spokesperson emphasized that providing maximum convenience to passengers is the top priority of the PIA management. In addition, the airline is rapidly expanding its network. The spokesperson also revealed that PIA will soon increase the number of flights to Europe and the UK along with domestic flights, which will provide more travel options to its passengers.
