PIA launches air-to-rail travel in Canada & UK

ISLAMABAD: PIA has entered into a historic partnership with rail services in Canada and the UK.

According to a private news channel, PIA has provided the facility of air and train travel on a single ticket, and the air-to-rail service has been formally launched for passengers.

The spokesperson says that passengers arriving in Toronto by PIA flight will be able to travel further by rail service.

A PIA spokesperson says that it will be possible to reach 8 major cities in Canada from Toronto by rail, and travel to more than 50 cities in the UK will be possible through the ACS Rail service.

The spokesperson says that passengers will be able to get joint tickets from all booking offices, and air-to-rail tickets will also be available from registered travel agents.

The facility of booking joint tickets will be available from the PIA website, and tickets can also be booked from the mobile app.
