PM says Khawarij are being supported by neighbouring countries

QUETTA: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says the Khawarij are being supported by neighboring countries.

Addressing a meeting held in Quetta, Prime Minister  Sharif said that the federal government will continue to fully cooperate with the provincial government for the development, stability, and public welfare of Balochistan.

The Prime Minister reiterated the commitment that all resources will be utilized to solve the problems faced by Balochistan, complete development projects, and provide relief to the people.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appreciated the steps taken by the Balochistan government to promote development in the province, establish peace and order, strengthen political harmony, and effectively redress public complaints registered with the Prime Minister’s Complaint Cell.

The Prime Minister said in his address to the meeting that terrorism has created problems in Balochistan as well as in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Earlier, Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan gave a detailed briefing to the Prime Minister on the reforms carried out in various sectors in the province, the progress made on development projects, and especially on the measures related to education, health, governance, and provision of public services.

It may be recalled that Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif had arrived in Quetta on a one-day visit today.
