To apply, citizens can create their account by visiting this link https://apnaghar.gov.pk/ register. First, the user has to enter their basic information such as name, identity card number, mobile number and email address. After this, the registration is completed by setting a password.
After creating an account, the applicant logs in and completes the application form, which includes personal, family, and financial details. Along with this, proof of income, employment details, and other necessary documents must be uploaded. It is very important to provide all the information correctly and completely so that the application is not rejected.
After the application is submitted, the relevant institutions and banks review it. At this stage, the applicant’s financial status, payment capacity and other factors are taken into account. If the application is approved, the citizen is provided with a loan at a low interest rate, which can be repaid in easy monthly installments.
The government says that through this scheme, not only will citizens get their roof over their heads, but the construction sector will also improve, which will benefit the economy and increase employment opportunities.
