ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has announced that internet disruptions and slow speeds will be resolved by the end of October.
The installation and upgradation of the Web Management System (WMS) will be completed by October 20, PTA officials said. Implementation of WMS will also help prevent attacks on Internet systems.
The upgrade will manage 8 to 9 terabytes of capacity, the authority said.
According to PTA officials, the installation of the management system started in 2019.
