PTI founder’s ToshaKhana appeal scheduled for tomorrow in IHC

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has scheduled the hearing of the appeal filed by the PTI founder in the Toshakhana criminal case.

The High Court has scheduled the case for a regular hearing tomorrow, where arguments will be given on important legal points.

Along with the same appeal, a miscellaneous application has also been filed by the PTI founder for transfer to Shifa Hospital for treatment, which has also been included in the list for hearing.

The application has taken the position that it is necessary to transfer him to the hospital to provide proper medical facilities. The case will be heard by a two-judge bench comprising Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro.

According to legal experts, significant progress is expected in the upcoming hearing on the appeal being admissible and the application for transfer on medical grounds.
