A Pakistani Scrap Metal Artist in Islamabad is gaining attention for creating huge sculptures from old vehicle parts. His latest work is a 14-foot model of Optimus Prime, inspired by the Transformers film series.
The artist, Ehtisham Jadoon, is 35 years old. He collects scrap items like gears, chains, and engine parts from local junkyards. He and his team spent several months building the giant figure using more than 90 percent recycled metal.
Different vehicle components were used carefully. Motorbike springs helped form the arms, while car rims shaped the shoulders. Chains and suspension parts were used in the legs, giving the sculpture a realistic and powerful look.
Jadoon did not receive formal art training. He previously worked as a steel fabricator and martial artist. He depends on imagination and practical experience to design his sculptures and turn waste into meaningful creations.
The Pakistani Scrap Metal Artist regularly visits scrapyards to find useful pieces. Scrap dealers say items that seem useless become valuable artwork in his hands. His work also highlights the importance of recycling and creative reuse.
His workshop also displays other large metal creations. These include a giant lion and a dinosaur, showing his skill and dedication to metal art.
