PTI-led govt jacked-up economy of Pakistan: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Chairman PTI Imran Khan said on Thursday that during the PTI-led government economy flourished making history while questioning the outset of his government.

He was addressing a ceremony at Islamabad Bar today and maintained that the hike in petrol price would badly affect the poor and the middle class, especially the salaried people.

While touching on his visit to Russia, he said that the delegation went to Russia for the sake of oil and underscored that he believes Pakistan should have friendly relationships with all the countries.

Imran Khan also said that Pakistan is not the only country where the regime got changed with the United State’s influence adding that the nation should stand against the sovereignty of the state.

“Foreign policy is to benefit the nation instead of other countries and I compliment the foreign policy of India as they never take dictations from others,” he added.

PTI Chief urged the nation to reject the “imported government” saying that if the nation supports the incumbent government then it means it has accepted foreign interference.

Energy costs have been skyrocketing in the world and in such a scenario, no destabilization could be braved.

He further alleged that the PML-N-led government has no road map to steer the country and their only intentions were of taking NRO.

Imran Khan also claimed that four of the accused in the cases against PML-N leadership have died mysteriously adding that the rule of law in Pakistan is in the graves now.
