PTI protest leads to FIR in Lahore

LAHORE: A case has been registered against PTI workers who protested in Lahore on February 8.

According to private news channel, a case has been registered against PTI workers who protested on Ferozepur Road during PTI’s nationwide strike call.

The case was registered at Gulberg Police Station on the complaint of the police, which includes provisions of vandalism, road blocking, incitement and interference in the functioning of the government.

According to the FIR, 7 more people were arrested on the spot for blocking the road. The arrested people include Irfan, Habib, Abdul Rehman, Ehsan Rasool, Hafiz Mushtaq Rasool.

According to the police, more people who protested by blocking the road are being identified.
