The third meeting on the law and order situation was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, during which it was decided to establish a special cell in 15 districts against extremist parties and illegally residing foreign nationals, and to take strict measures to rid Punjab of weapons.

Dala culture, hooliganism, and mafia culture were declared intolerable, while the Punjab government decided to immediately make peace committees effective and functional.

Peace committees will be kept on board for all operations, and the services of mobile police stations will be provided to every citizen.

According to the announcement, the operations are only against a specific extremist mentality and not against any sect or belief.

A report has been sought from the district administration on a daily basis regarding the evacuation of foreigners. The administration should tell how many foreigners were brought into the tax net every day.

People should not rent out shops or houses to illegal residents, cases will be registered under the PECA Act against those who spread hateful content on social media
