LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders have started arriving at the residence of Jahangir Tareen.
According to the media reports, Iftikhar Gondal, Khurram Leghari, Salman Naeem, Lala Tahir, Aslam Bharwana, Ghulam Rasool Sanga, Qasim Linga, Noman Langarial, Asif Nakai, Aun Chaudhry, Abdul Hai Dasti, Saeed Akbar Nawani, Bilal Waraich, Zawar Hussain Waraich, Ishaq Khakwani, Ajmal Cheema arrived at the Jahangir Tareen House for a meeting, Abdul Aleem Khan also reached. Aleem Khan was received by Aon Chaudhry.
Before the meeting, when a journalist asked Aon Chaudhry what was going to happen, he replied that he could not say anything yet, let there be some suspense. He also said that whatever happens will be better, pray. The journalist also asked whether the Punjab Chief Minister was going home or not, to which Aon Chaudhry said, “Have a little patience, let’s see what happens next.” A dinner was held in honor, attended by more than 24 members of PTI. Aleem Khan decided to line up after consulting opinion members.
According to sources, Aleem Khan took all the contacts and supportive members into confidence on the situation. The members of the assembly had suggested formulating a strategy together with Jahangir Tareen. The concerns of the MLAs regarding Usman Bazdar were also discussed and it was agreed to adopt a solid strategy on the political scene. Tareen decided to walk hand in hand.
