Punjab weather update: Monsoon 7th spell likely to continue until tomorrow

LAHORE: The seventh spell of monsoon rains has arrived in most parts of Lahore and Punjab, ending the heat and humidity. The weather has become pleasant with light rain across the city since morning.

Drizzle continues in many areas including Kalma Chowk, Laxmi Chowk, Liberty, Ichhra and surrounding areas. Light rain has also been reported in inner Lahore, Badami Bagh, Bhati Gate, Garhi Shahu, Railway Station and areas near Lari Adda.

According to the Meteorological Department, light to heavy rain is likely to occur intermittently throughout the day, the seventh spell of monsoon is likely to continue till tomorrow.
