ISLAMABAD: Islamabad’s Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) sent Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Raoof Hasan on judicial remand for 14 days in a terrorism-related case on Saturday.

ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra dismissed the CTD’s plea seeking Hasan’s physical remand for seven days and sent the PTI leader to jail on judicial remand.

PTI leader’s lawyer Ali Bukhari appeared in the court. The court issued notices for August 6 after Hasan’s counsel pleaded for post-arrest bail.

Earlier, an anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad extended Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Information Secretary Raoof Hasan’s physical remand by one more day.

On July 22, Raoof Hasan was arrested in a case related to anti-state propaganda, but he has secured bail in it.
