Saudi military chief meets COAS Asim Munir, vows to strengthen military cooperation

RAWALPINDI: Chief of General Staff of the Saudi Armed Forces, General Fayyadh bin Humaid Al-Ruwaili, called on Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at GHQ.

According to ISPR, it was agreed to strengthen the long-standing and strategic military cooperation between the two countries.

General Fayyadh bin Humaid Al-Ruwaili visited the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi, and the Chief of General Staff of the Saudi Armed Forces also met with Pakistani Field Marshal Asim Munir.

The distinguished guest appreciated Pakistan’s cooperation with the Saudi Armed Forces in several fields, and it was agreed to strengthen the long-standing and strategic military cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi general reiterated his commitment to further advance the strong ties of cooperation. General Fayyaz bin Humaid Al-Ruwaily laid a wreath at the Martyrs’ Memorial at GHQ, while a smart contingent of the Pakistan Army presented a guard of honor to the distinguished guest.
