Sialkot Anti-Corruption Raid: Government official nabbed red-handed accepting bribe

SIALKOT: Anti-Corruption Officer Malik Nadeem Munawar along with Special Magistrate conducted a raid and apprehended the Price Control Magistrate and Social Welfare Officer red-handed while accepting a bribe.

A viral video on social media captured the Anti-Corruption Officer in Sialkot nabbing the Price Control Magistrate, Social Welfare Officer for accepting a bribe of fifty thousand rupees.

Sialkot’s Anti-Corruption Officer Malik Nadeem Munawar has emphasized that every official should discharge their duties with honesty. Accepting bribes is a grave offense and a betrayal of the public’s trust.

It is noteworthy that the Punjab government has initiated a Price Control program ahead of the start of Ramadan.
