SSGC announces gas supply schedule for Eid-ul-Adha

ISLAMABAD: The Sui Southern Gas Company has issued a special schedule for gas supply for the convenience of consumers during Eid-ul-Adha.

According to the company, efforts will be made to ensure the availability of gas for citizens to cook food and fulfill their domestic needs after the sacrifice during the days of Eid.

According to the current schedule, gas supply will be available until 12 midnight on Tuesday, May 26, so that citizens do not face any problems in their preparations for Eid.

According to the Sui Southern Gas Company, gas supply will continue uninterrupted from 7:30 am to 12 midnight on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha on May 27 and 28.

According to the schedule, gas supply will be available from 7:30 am to 10 pm on Friday, May 29, while the old schedule of gas supply will be restored from May 30.

Company officials say that the demand for gas increases more than usual during the days of Eid, so special timings have been set keeping in mind the convenience of consumers.

Citizens have been directed to avoid unnecessary use of gas so that the supply can be improved in all areas.

Authorities have appealed to consumers to use gas appliances carefully during Eid and to contact the concerned authorities immediately in case of any leakage or emergency.

The company says that providing maximum convenience to consumers during Eid al-Adha is its top priority
