State Bank of Pakistan directs JazzCash users to complete Biometric Verification

ISLAMABAD: According to the State Bank, JazzCash users are required to complete biometric verification to keep their accounts active.

Customers are advised to visit their nearest agent or use the mobile app to complete the verification process promptly.

Customers have been advised to visit their nearest authorized JazzCash agent or use the official mobile application to complete the biometric verification process at the earliest. The step has been taken to enhance security, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

The central bank emphasized that timely verification will help users avoid any inconvenience and continue using digital financial services without interruption.
