LODHRAN: The patron-in-chief of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) Jahangir Khan Tareen nomination papers accepted from NA-155 and PP-227 Lodhran. The scrutiny process for his nomination papers from NA-149 Multan is set to take place on Friday.
This positive outcome came as no reservations or objections were raised against Jahangir Tareen’s nomination papers. The acceptance of these papers paves the way for his official candidacy in the upcoming elections.
In a parallel move, Abdul Aleem Khan, the President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party, submitted nomination papers from five strategic constituencies. Aleem Khan is set to contest elections from NA-117 Lahore, NA-119 Lahore, and NA-147 Khanewal. Additionally, he will be participating in elections for two provincial seats, PP-149 Lahore and PP-209 Khanewal.
