Toshakhana II case: IHC to hear Imran, Bushra’s acquittal pleas on Oct 7

ISLAMABAD: The acquittal petitions of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana II case have been scheduled for hearing, here on Thursday.

As per the details, the Islamabad High Court has scheduled the petitions for hearing on October 7. Justice Inam Amin Minhas will hear the petitions. PTI founder and Bushra Bibi have also requested to stop the trial of the Tosha Khana II case. Petitions for acquittal were also filed in the court in January.
