WATCH: Business man assaults young man in DHA Karachi, video goes viral

KARACHI: A shocking video surfaced on social media in which a powerful man is seen publicly beating a young man in DHA Karachi.

In the viral video, the victim’s sister is repeatedly begging for mercy, but the powerful did not relent. The attack was done in the Ittehad Town area of DHA Karachi.

The man, named Salman Farooqi, is seen physically assaulting a teenager, in the presence of a girl, who is the alleged sister of the victim, begging the businessman to stop beating her brother.

According to the details, the suspect, Salman Farooqi, is allegedly the chief executive officer of an advertising firm, Bionic Films.

SSP Karachi South, Mahzoor Ali, confirmed that the incident was brought to the notice of the police through social media and that no complaint had been lodged yet.

 Farooqi, along with his guard, is accused of taking the law into his own hands by beating the citizen.
Police raided
the office of Farooqi to arrest him, but it was locked.

The authorities are also searching for the victim and his family to help with the investigation. In the meantime, raids at other locations are being carried out with the intention of arresting the suspect.

The case has outraged people on social media, calling for immediate legal action against the suspect.
