ISLAMABAD: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has predicted rain in southern Punjab during the next 24 hours.
According to the details, rain is likely in Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Muzaffargarh, DG Khan, Rahim Yar Khan, Sadiqabad, Rajanpur, Khanpur and Rahim Yar Khan.
An NDMA spokesperson said that rain and strong winds will continue intermittently, the rain spell may cause mountain streams to overflow and landslides may occur.
The NDMA has urged citizens to be cautious as floods and low-lying areas may be inundated in urban areas.
