Aishwarya Rai’s massive 400 KG Jewelry protected by five guards

MUMBAI: Famous designer Neeta has revealed that actress Aishwarya Rai’s 400 kg jewelry was protected by 5 security guards.

According to Indian media reports, Neeta has shared some surprising and interesting incidents from the sets of the 2008 film Jodhaa Akbar.

In this film by 62-year-old director Ashutosh Gowariker, Hrithik Roshan played the lead role along with Aishwarya Rai.

She further said that the jewelry made for Aishwarya Rai’s character was very valuable, for this, 5 security guards were deployed on the set who kept a complete record of each piece of jewelry.

Neeta also said that at one point during the shooting of the film, a small pearl from the earring fell, which created an emergency on the set. Everyone thought that some valuable jewelry had been lost, but later it was found that it was a pearl, after which everyone breathed a sigh of relief.

The renowned costume designer has won four National Awards and is considered one of the leading costume designers of Indian cinema.
