Pakistani actress-turned-entrepreneur Komal Aziz Khan has offered fans a rare glimpse into her personal life, revealing why she chose to move out of her family home while maintaining a close relationship with her loved ones.
Known for memorable performances in hit dramas such as Bharosa Pyar Tera, Mohlat, Raza-e-Ulfat, Kasa-e-Dil, Bisat-e-Dil, and Zard Zamano Ka Sawera, Komal has shifted her primary focus from acting to business. She now runs her successful fashion label, Omal by Komal, while staying connected with more than 1.6 million followers on Instagram.
During a recent Instagram question-and-answer session, a fan asked whether she was living with her family or on her own. Responding candidly, Komal shared that she moved out around one and a half years ago and now lives with her best friend and her pet cat. She added that her family resides nearby and frequently sends homemade meals, describing the arrangement as the “best life ever.”
The actress also addressed a common misconception, saying that moving into a separate home should not be seen as abandoning one’s family. According to Komal, independence and strong family ties can comfortably exist together.
She further discussed societal expectations surrounding marriage, explaining that she refuses to let public pressure influence her personal decisions. Encouraging young women to prioritize education and independence, Komal emphasized the importance of standing firm for their rights and making life choices on their own terms.
