Mehwish Hayat Zombeid BTS Reveals Challenges Behind Horror Film

Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat has offered an exclusive sneak peek into her upcoming horror-comedy film Zombeid, giving the audiences a closer look into the effort and creativity that went into creating the much-anticipated project.

 

The star shared a special video on Instagram revealing some memorable moments from the film set. The footage ranged from action-packed scenes to detailed makeup transformations of zombies to light-hearted interactions between cast and crew. Soon, the video gained the attention of fans who were eager to know more about one of the most talked-about upcoming movies in Pakistan.

Talking about the experience, Mehwish Hayat said, “Zombeid has been one of the toughest productions I have worked on in my career. Despite the challenges, she said it is still one of her most rewarding and unforgettable experiences.

“The atmosphere behind the cameras was full of energy, teamwork, and lots of laughter,” the actress said. She said that while there are scary moments on screen, the process was fueled by passion, dedication, and good collaboration from everyone involved.

Mehwish also appreciated the big team that was involved in the making of the film. She thanked actors, stunt performers, makeup experts, stylists, production crews, technicians, and post-production professionals for bringing the ambitious concept to life.

The actress reserved special praise for director Nab Qamar, whom she called the guiding force behind the project. She also thanked her co-star Fahad Mustafa for his support during the shoot and appreciated producer Fizza Meerza, cinematographer Rana Kamran, stunt coordinator Mehboob Shah, and make-up artist Waqar for their valuable contributions.

Zombeid is touted to be one of the first major zombie horror thrillers in Pakistan, starring Mehwish Hayat and Fahad Mustafa in lead roles. The BTS footage that has been released recently has added more excitement to the moviegoers waiting for the film to come out.
