Pakistani singer Aima Baig suffers mild heart attack

ISLAMABAD: Aima Baig, the well-known singer behind the hit song “Baazi,” recently shared on social media that she experienced a mild heart attack during her international tour.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, the national star described the health scare she faced while juggling a demanding schedule with minimal rest.

At the time, the singer was in Saudi Arabia, where she had performed Umrah and participated in various events. She recounted that severe chest pain led to an emergency hospital visit, where doctors diagnosed her with a mild heart attack.

She shared a photo from her hospital bed showing ECG leads attached to her.

Moreover, Bazi Singer attributed the incident to a combination of factors including mental stress, inadequate sleep, and overall restlessness. She also pointed to the impact of frequent travel, insomnia, and persistent fatigue on her well-being.

In her post, Baig reassured her followers that she focuses on recovery through complete rest and necessary precautions.

The news of Aima’s condition quickly spread on social media, prompting mixed reactions.

Additionally, some users criticized her for being “too skinny” and potentially malnourished, while many fans and supporters sent messages of encouragement and wished her a speedy recovery.
