A fresh debate has emerged on social media after Pakistani content creator and influencer Bilal Hassan, widely known as Mystapaki, suggested that Saba Qamar should portray the role of alleged drug dealer Anmol Pinky in a future drama adaptation.
The idea gained traction after Bilal shared a video on his Instagram account, where he passionately urged Pakistani production houses to develop a drama or film based on the controversial story surrounding Anmol Pinky. According to him, the role appears tailor-made for Saba Qamar due to her strong acting range and proven performances in crime and intense character-driven stories.
The Saba Qamar Anmol Pinky discussion quickly spread online, with many users agreeing that the actress has the screen presence and versatility to take on such a bold role. Bilal also stressed that local filmmakers should act quickly and produce the project before the story is picked up by the Indian film industry, particularly Bollywood, which he believes could present the narrative differently.
To support his argument, Bilal referenced Saba Qamar’s memorable performances in acclaimed Pakistani dramas such as Baaghi and Case No. 9. He said these roles prove that she is one of the finest actresses in the country and ideal for a complex real-life-inspired character.
For the male lead, he proposed casting Gohar Rasheed, adding that the project could become a major hit if executed well. Although no official production announcement has been made yet, the social media buzz has sparked curiosity among entertainment fans.
