ISLAMABAD: Former ICC and Indian umpire Anil Chaudhary has declared the bowling action of Pakistani spinner Usman Tariq legal.

Photo and video sharing app Instagram Pranail Chaudhary said that Usman Tariq’s bowling action is legal and fair. There is a side arm and a slight break in Usman Tariq’s action.

Spinner Usman Tariq got into trouble after the match against Australia

All the balls are delivered in the same way, there is no bend or alignment, according to ICC guidelines, Usman Tariq’s action is correct. In my opinion, Usman Tariq’s bowling is completely legal.

It may be recalled that in the second T20 match played in Lahore, Australian cricketer Cameron Green raised his fingers at his bowling action.
