Babar Azam decides not to play in National T20 Cricket Tournament

LAHORE: National team star batsman Babar Azam will not participate in the National T20 Cricket Tournament, according to media reports.

Babar Azam has been advised to rest by the national team management, and under the same direction, he has decided to take a break from cricket for some time.

No order has been issued by the team management for Babar Azam to play the National T20 Cup.

Babar Azam has personally started working with the coaches in the nets and is continuing his training with the target of PSL 11. During this time, he has also focused on reactivating his old batting technique.

In this regard, Lahore Whites has also been informed of Babar’s unavailability. It should be remembered that Babar Azam will open for Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 11.

Earlier, there were reports that he would represent Lahore Whites in the National T20 Cup, but now the situation has changed.
