DHAKA: Bangladesh denies visa to Indian official in ICC delegation.
According to Indian media, a two-member ICC delegation was supposed to visit Bangladesh to discuss the venue of the World Cup.
The ICC delegation included Head of Anti-Corruption and Security Andrew Eppegrave and a senior executive from India, but only the Head of Anti-Corruption and Security was granted a visa.
According to Indian media, Andrew Eppegrave will arrive in Bangladesh today on a two-day visit. The purpose of the ICC delegation’s visit is to discuss the change of venue for the World Cup.
It may be recalled that Bangladesh has refused to play its T20 World Cup matches in India due to security concerns.
