ICC warned Salman Ali Agha for Code of Conduct breach in Sylhet Test

DUBAI: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has warned National Test cricketer Salman Ali Agha for violating the ICC Code of Conduct during the Sylhet Test match.

According to the details, Salman Ali Agha was found guilty of violating ICC Article 2.2.

The ICC also gave Salman Ali Agha a warning to correct his behavior and a demerit point. Salman Ali Agha received his second consecutive demerit point this year.

Salman Ali Agha admitted his mistake to ICC match referee Jeff Crowe. It should be remembered that Salman Ali Agha had angrily attacked the advertising board on the boundary after being out.

Pakistan Captain Shan Masood may step down

Pakistan Test cricket team captain Shan Masood is upset with the defeat against Bangladesh. According to sources, the Test captain of the Pakistan cricket team, Shan Masood, is likely to resign.

Shan Masood is facing severe criticism as a captain. He became the captain of the Pakistan Test team in December 2023.

Under the leadership of Shan Masood, Pakistan played 16 Tests, out of which they won only 4 Tests and were defeated in 12.

It should be noted that Bangladesh has defeated Pakistan in the second Test as well; the host team won the 2-match Test series 2-0.
