DHAKA: The second T20 between Pakistan and Bangladesh will be played today as the host team has a 0-1 lead in the series.

To save the T20 series against Bangladesh, Pakistan must win the second match at the Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur on Tuesday.

The Bangladesh team has won the first match by seven wickets and has taken a one-nil lead in the series.

In the second T20 match between Pakistan and Bangladesh, the players will take the field wearing black armbands.

Yesterday, a Bangladesh Air Force training plane crashed into a school and college complex in Dhaka, killing at least 20 people and injuring 171, and Bangladesh is observing a day of mourning today.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has decided to dedicate the second T20 match at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur to the victims of the plane crash, under which a minute of silence will be observed before the match.

Players and match officials will wear black armbands, and the national flag will be flown at half-mast at the stadium and other BCB venues. No music will be played during the match.

The third and final T20 match will be played at the same venue on July 24.
