PCB announces ticket refund policy for PSL 11

LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a refund policy for ticket holders of the HBL Pakistan Super League 11.

According to the board, all online ticket buyers will receive an automatic refund through the original payment method, which includes debit card, credit card, Jazz Cash and Easypaisa.

The refund process will start from March 30, 2026 and is expected to be completed within 15 business days, however, there may be slight differences according to the bank or payment platform.

The Pakistan Cricket Board informed ticket holders that no action is required for the refund, while in case of delay beyond the specified period, they have been instructed to contact the bank or payment platform.

The PCB and HBL PSL thanked the customers for their patience and said that they would welcome them to the stadium for more exciting cricket in the future.
